Tracing
our journey
The company started in 1958 in Gothenburg. The founder, Ulf Edström, realized that there was a need for interior design for service cars of various kinds. In the beginning, the interior was bought in for workshops, but quite quickly it was realized that the need also existed for the mobile workplace. Today you will find the head office in Kista, Stockholm. Here you will also find one of our two assembly facilities located in Stockholm. Distribution of our products starts from our warehouse in Alfta. In Corby, UK, we have our subsidiary where we also have a large assembly plant.

We have 60 years of experience in the industry – we know how to make the mobile workplace more efficient. We are the market leader in Sweden and are represented in several countries in Europe. With car interior from us, you get a more efficient, safe and pleasant mobile workplace. System Edström’s products are mainly sold and assembled through our 70 builders around the country. You can of course also order your interior at the same time as you buy a new van, just ask the van salesperson about us and you will get the help you need.
System Edström has evolved over the years to become a leader in the Swedish and Nordic markets and to sell generally throughout the European market, thanks in particular to the company’s spirit of innovation, both in terms of the development of products than sales. With a philosophy based on flexibility and simplicity, the system is one of the most flexible and easy to install on the market.
