Terms & Conditions

Delivery time:
By arrangement, usually immediately from stock.

Delivery terms:
Free Edström’s warehouse. For orders exceeding 2 000 € excluding VAT, the goods are sent free of charge.

Packaging:
Will be added.

Warranty:
Van racking that is installed by one of our authorized installers have a 5-year warranty on our products (inverters and battery chargers excluded) and installation of these. In other cases, we provide a 3-year warranty. However, a receipt or invoice must be presented.

Returns:
All returns must first be authorized by the retailer from whom the material was purchased.

VAT:
VAT will be added at the rate applicable at the time of payment.
