Our latest dropfront shelves combines clever functionality with a sleek flush front design, enhancing your van racking both visually and practically. With easy access to the contents and a load capacity of up to 70 kg, you get both stylish and secure storage in one solution.
Thanks to production in high-strength steel, we’ve managed to reduce the weight of our dropfront shelves by an impressive 35 percent. This contributes to lower fuel consumption and reduced environmental impact. The drop fronts themselves are also made from the same durable material and, thanks to a new construction, are now 32 percent lighter.
Did you know? By switching to high-strength steel, we save 15.5 tonnes of steel annually – reducing CO₂ emissions by approximately 24 tonnes per year.
Our standard van shelving is available in depths of 160 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm, and 470 mm. Widths range from 605 mm to 1568 mm, allowing for a high degree of customization. Each shelf is 65 mm high, helping keep tools and materials securely in place while driving. All shelves have a load capacity of up to 70 kg.
For users with variable van needs, our FLEXI SYSTEM (Foldable shelf system) offer the perfect solution. FLEXI shelves can be easily folded up or down as needed – ideal for courier vans, service vehicles, or any transport where loads vary from day to day.
When not in use, the shelves fold up smoothly to free up valuable space. Despite their flexibility, FLEXI shelves are extremely robust, supporting up to 100 kg per shelf level. They are available with edges or in a drop front version, and now come with integrated corner protection for added safety.

Mount a shelf in a ball bearing kit to make it extendable. This allows you to have more shelves in your van racking.
For added stability while driving, each shelf level can be complemented with our rubber mats, which help keep everything in place. These mats are automatically included when designing your racking layout in our online configuration tool, DnD.
