Mobile Overhead Crane for Vans – EasyLoad by MAD
With a crane from the Dutch company MAD, you can load heavy items into your van easily and safely. MAD is a company with long experience in shock absorbers and also offers loading crane solutions tailored for professional vehicles. The mobile van mounted gantry crane EasyLoad, makes it possible to load up to 250 or 500 kg (approved for fall protection) into your van and place the load exactly where you want it. Once the load is in place, the van loading crane is easily slid to the side above your van racking so it doesn’t take up space or get in the way. This provides a better working environment and does not affect the vehicle’s driving characteristics.
Easily choose the EasyLoad model that best suits your needs and the frame that fits your van. The gantry is mounted on a self-supporting frame that is bolted to the vans existing mounting points to make it an “in-vehicle crane”. The frame is available in two heights: up to 2 metres and over 2 metres, making the solution suitable for many different types of vehicles.
The cable length also varies between models (2.7–17 metres) and is long enough to lift items even from below ground level, such as a pump from a well or materials from a pit.
MAD EasyLoad is designed to facilitate heavy lifting in, among other things, transport and service operations. A key part of its user-friendliness is that the crane is electrically controlled with a remote, making handling simple and smooth in everyday work. The solution enables one person to handle loads more safely and with less physical strain. It simplifies tasks that would otherwise be time-consuming or ergonomically demanding.
When changing van, EasyLoad can be transferred. If the new van is a different size, a new frame may be required, but otherwise the same equipment can be reused. Connection is made via two power cables to the vehicle’s battery or to a separate auxiliary battery.
