  • Returns without authorization will be returned at the customer's expense without action.
  • Credit is made after System Edström has been able to inspect the goods and approve their condition.
  • Returns are subject to the following deductions; - 10% of the net price if the request is received within 30 days of delivery. - 30% of the net price if the request is received 31 days or more after delivery. - Higher deductions may be applied to older items, information on this will be provided upon approval.
  • The customer is responsible for the handling costs and shipping of the return to System Edström unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellation cannot be made of specially ordered goods that are not included in System Edström's range.
  • When returning articles manufactured against customer orders, primarily brand specific articles such as protective clothing, load shifting protection, etc., 50% of the invoiced amount is deducted.
